Spring 2013 Interest Meeting

Attention world-changers! Are you interested in engineering that addresses real-world problems, has global awareness, and focuses on sustainability and community empowerment?

Engineers Without Borders is a non-profit humanitarian organization which partners with developing communities around the world. Chapters focus on designing, funding, and implementing technology which improves quality of life; our work includes water quality and renewable energy projects. Currently at N.C. State, over a series of international trips, we have established relationships with a school in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and a community center in Asanquiri, Bolivia.

Our interest meeting will be in Bostian Hall at 6:30 p.m. on January 15th. We will talk about previous trips, current projects, and the professional benefits of being an EWB member. And there will be free food!
